Our Fire Risk Assessment reports are issued to the highest standard (including PAS 79) to provide detailed information/ advice, in an easy to read format.
It is the responsibility of the person with control over premises, to carry out a fire risk assessment to identify any hazards associated with the structure, means of escape, detection/ alarm systems, emergency procedures, training and provisions for fighting fires. A fire risk assessment involves an in-depth assessment of the hazards, identifying issues that require attention to reduce the chances of a fire and to ensure that in the event of a fire, everyone can leave the building as quickly as possible to reach a place of safety. We will carry out an assessment of your premises, processes and systems to determine the likely risk of fire and make recommendations to reduce or eliminate the risk.
In carrying out this assessment, we will refer to all relevant legislation, guidance and British Standards, such as:
- Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
- Building Regulations 2000 – Approved Document B, Fire Safety
- BS5588-11: Fire precautions in the design, construction and use of buildings

Honest information given and was really patient and polite when I spoke to her. Customer skills fantastic.
